Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation in B2B SaaS environments
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through multi-channel demand programs
• Strong expertise in funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance management
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms
• Ability to operate strategically while being hands-on with team efficiency, including AI utilization
