Job Summary

Senior Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for leading B2G demand generation and go-to-market efforts in the public sector, focusing on pipeline growth and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own public sector marketing pipeline performance and develop integrated B2G go-to-market strategies
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel campaigns for demand generation and customer retention
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align messaging and support opportunity acceleration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with direct B2G/public sector marketing experience
  • Proven success in driving pipeline and MQLs in a government or GovTech environment
  • Strong experience with demand generation and multichannel campaign execution
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms
