Job Summary

To architect and execute a full-funnel growth strategy, the remote Senior Growth Marketing Manager will manage performance marketing, funnel optimization, and campaign deployment to scale B2B provider enrollments and platform activation in a permanent position.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and lead the full-funnel growth strategy for lead generation, provider enrollments, and platform activation
  • Manage the paid media ecosystem and budget allocation to maximize ROI and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Generate high-quality provider leads through targeted campaigns, webinars, and partner networks
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • 7-10+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience in B2B or B2B2C environments
  • Deep experience with paid search, paid social, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling
  • Proficiency in data interpretation, dashboard building, and KPI analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lifecycle automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
