Job Summary
Leading experimentation and conversion strategies, the remote Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager will own trial conversion experiments, analyze performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize user journeys and unlock growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own the communication strategy for trial users, driving conversion through innovative messaging and lifecycle campaigns
- Design, develop, and execute A/B tests across email and in-product messaging to enhance user experience
- Utilize analytics tools to uncover insights and refine strategies, making data-driven decisions to support growth initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in product, growth, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a SaaS or PLG environment
- Track record of driving trial-to-paid conversion through experimentation and lifecycle strategies
- Hands-on experience with tools like Marketo, Pendo, Amplitude, and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with a curiosity for exploring new ideas and testing hypotheses
- Fluency with AI tools to support growth marketing and data analysis
