Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Growth Marketing Manager, the candidate will drive customer acquisition across international markets, leveraging performance marketing strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize full-funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own acquisition performance across Paid Search and Paid Social, managing budget allocation and campaign optimization
- Drive full-funnel improvements from impression to conversion, partnering with Product and CRO teams
- Execute structured experimentation across various marketing channels, documenting learnings and scaling successful strategies
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in performance marketing or growth roles with direct acquisition accountability
- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and experience with Paid Social platforms, particularly Meta
- Proven experience in DTC, subscription, or SMB-focused growth environments
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of full-funnel economics, including CAC and CVR
- Experience collaborating with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams
