Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Growth Marketing Manager, the candidate will drive customer acquisition across international markets, leveraging performance marketing strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize full-funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own acquisition performance across Paid Search and Paid Social, managing budget allocation and campaign optimization
  • Drive full-funnel improvements from impression to conversion, partnering with Product and CRO teams
  • Execute structured experimentation across various marketing channels, documenting learnings and scaling successful strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in performance marketing or growth roles with direct acquisition accountability
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and experience with Paid Social platforms, particularly Meta
  • Proven experience in DTC, subscription, or SMB-focused growth environments
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of full-funnel economics, including CAC and CVR
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams
