Job Summary
Data-driven and hands-on, the remote Senior Growth Marketing Manager will architect and execute a full-funnel growth strategy, managing performance marketing and campaign deployment to scale B2B provider enrollments and platform activation in a permanent position.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the full-funnel growth strategy for lead generation and platform activation
- Manage the paid media ecosystem and budget allocation to maximize ROI and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Generate high-quality provider leads through targeted campaigns and optimize the marketing funnel to increase engagement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience in B2B or B2B2C environments
- Deep experience with paid search, paid social, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling
- Proficient in data analysis and building performance dashboards to inform marketing strategy
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lifecycle automation platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
