Job Summary
To drive product-led growth, the remote Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own the self-serve journey, translating revenue goals into in-product experiments, mastering onboarding flows, and architecting the sales bridge for user monetization and enterprise expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Self-Serve Roadmap by prioritizing in-product experiments and testing pricing strategies
- Master the Onboarding Flow to define and enhance the "Aha!" moment for users
- Instrument the Sales Bridge by identifying Product Qualified Leads and managing the sales hand-off process
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of growth experience in self-service SaaS or developer-first tools
- Proficient in using LLMs for cohort analysis and translating product data into go-to-market strategies
- Understanding of developer personas and the ability to create user journeys that emphasize utility and immediate value
- Demonstrated ability to independently run experiments and test marketing strategies
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance workflow efficiency and user journeys
