Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager focused on Upper Funnel acquisition, responsible for leading brand response marketing, managing media strategies across CTV and YouTube, and developing measurement frameworks linking brand investments to business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize upper-funnel go-to-market media strategy across CTV, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create methodologies to measure the impact of brand spending on revenue and long-term value
- Collaborate on brand narrative development to ensure campaign alignment with Tilt's mission and audience engagement
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, specifically in upper-funnel channels like CTV and YouTube
- Background in upper-funnel ad platforms or performance-oriented agencies
- Hands-on experience managing TV and/or CTV campaigns from planning to reporting
- Proven ability to measure ROAS and incrementality with limited direct attribution
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude; SQL knowledge is a plus
