Job Summary
Experienced growth marketers will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, responsible for owning and scaling multi-channel demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of multi-touch demand generation programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Lead the development of campaign messaging and content strategy across channels, ensuring alignment with product positioning and buyer needs
- Manage and optimize paid media programs, particularly LinkedIn Ads, ensuring performance accountability and alignment with broader campaign goals
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing roles, preferably in health plans or health technology
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- 5+ years of direct experience managing and optimizing paid media programs, with expertise in LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact through integrated marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
