Job Summary
Driving the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs, the contract Senior Growth Marketing Manager will manage channels across email, push, onsite, and in-app notifications while focusing on user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the strategy, development, enhancement, and execution of lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns
- Own end-to-end execution, from crafting strategy and capturing business requirements to planning, delivery, and KPI evaluation
- Identify, build, and implement lifecycle strategies that drive incremental value and manage cross-functional campaign development workflows
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced company
- 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or related growth functions
- Hands-on experience in incentive programs, loyalty mechanics, or membership marketing
- Deep expertise across owned channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Solid track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale, complex, high-volume B2C email campaigns
