Key Responsibilities
  • Manage demand generation campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, focusing on performance optimization and lead quality
  • Own lead reporting and conversion rate recovery efforts, ensuring alignment with marketing ROI goals
  • Develop and implement HubSpot strategies for lead nurturing, scoring, and campaign architecture
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation with direct responsibility for paid media budgets
  • Proven track record in managing external agency relationships across various marketing channels
  • Experience with HubSpot, including workflow planning and lead nurturing program design
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and conversion rate optimization
