Job Summary
Leading the demand generation engine, the full-time Senior Growth Marketing Manager will manage performance marketing initiatives, oversee external agency partnerships, and drive conversion strategies in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage demand generation campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, focusing on performance optimization and lead quality
- Own lead reporting and conversion rate recovery efforts, ensuring alignment with marketing ROI goals
- Develop and implement HubSpot strategies for lead nurturing, scoring, and campaign architecture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation with direct responsibility for paid media budgets
- Proven track record in managing external agency relationships across various marketing channels
- Experience with HubSpot, including workflow planning and lead nurturing program design
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and conversion rate optimization
