Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager focused on upper-funnel acquisition, responsible for leading brand response marketing, owning media strategy across top-funnel platforms, and developing measurement frameworks to connect brand investments to business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own upper-funnel go-to-market media strategy, designing and optimizing campaigns across CTV, YouTube, and other channels
- Advance measurement rigor by creating methodologies that link brand spend to revenue incrementality and optimizing budget allocation based on performance data
- Collaborate on brand narrative development and communicate insights effectively to leadership, translating campaign results into core business terms
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in growth marketing with experience in upper-funnel marketing channels such as CTV and YouTube
- Background in upper-funnel ad platforms or performance-oriented agencies with substantial brand marketing investment
- Hands-on experience managing TV and/or CTV campaigns from planning to optimization
- Proven ability to measure ROAS and incrementality in channels with limited direct attribution
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude; SQL knowledge is a plus
