Job Summary
Managing high-priority marketing campaigns, the full-time Senior Growth Marketing Manager will oversee paid media channels to drive profitable app user acquisition while working remotely across various countries.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize app acquisition campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms
- Conduct in-market tests for new creative and messaging to enhance app install conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance and execute incrementality tests to inform investment decisions and improve efficiency
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years focused on marketing consumer apps
- Proven expertise in managing paid digital advertising programs, including Google Ads and Apple Ads
- Demonstrated success in scaling app install growth programs while optimizing unit economics
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with modeling app economics and conducting data analysis
- Experience in running ongoing creative testing to drive incremental user growth
