Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own planning and execution of offline marketing acquisition program with an 8-figure global budget
- Run tests to understand incrementality of offline channels and contribute to Media Mix Model
- Deepen team's understanding of customer path to purchase from offline touch points
Required Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing on offline channels
- Experience optimizing advertising campaigns based on performance KPIs
- Experience with A/B, Incrementality, and multivariate testing
- Confidence in managing and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience with media buying across international markets or consumer subscription business
