Job Summary
To support user acquisition and growth initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will execute and analyze paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, identify channel optimizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive retention and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for acquisition improvements and optimizations
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to design growth experiments and improve user acquisition strategies
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in growth, paid acquisition, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with profitable paid advertising campaigns for consumer mobile or subscription apps
- Working knowledge of Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok; familiarity with Snapchat or Google is a plus
- Strong understanding of key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Experience with mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust
