Job Summary

Driving comprehensive customer acquisition strategies, the full-time Senior Growth Marketing Strategist will connect multiple growth channels to enhance lead volume and conversion rates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel acquisition programs to increase qualified lead volume and improve conversion rates
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement adjustments to reduce customer acquisition costs and enhance marketing-attributed revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute structured A/B tests and develop full-funnel reporting for performance tracking
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or customer acquisition
  • Proven track record of increasing qualified leads and measurable customer outcomes
  • Deep hands-on experience with paid media, conversion optimization, and analytics tools
  • Experience in multi-location marketing, preferably within self-storage or similar consumer business sectors
