Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Growth to shape growth strategy and roadmap across various channels
• Own operational rigor for the Growth team by building processes and systems for improved efficiency
• Serve as the operational backbone of the Growth organization, translating strategy into actionable plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Ops, BizOps, Strategy, Consulting, or Project/Program Management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams effectively
• Comfortable navigating both high-level strategy and detailed execution
