Job Summary

Driving strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Growth Operations Manager will set the growth strategy, build analytical frameworks, and lead cross-functional execution to support patient expansion efforts in a hybrid work environment based in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual and quarterly OKR process for the Growth team, ensuring alignment and consistent progress reviews
• Build and maintain the growth model and reporting infrastructure, providing insights to support strategic decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, translating growth targets into operational plans with clear milestones and timelines

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy & Operations within a high-growth healthcare or multi-site services organization
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building models and designing dashboards
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
• Experience with AI-powered tools, automations, or workflows is a plus
