Senior Growth Operations Manager

Job Summary

As the first Senior Growth Operations Manager in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will manage the launch and operationalization of the Parkade Patroller Network, driving program development and cross-functional collaboration to create and implement innovative services that enhance customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program management of the Parkade Patroller Network from pilot to market
• Develop commercially viable products and establish reporting frameworks to track program performance and ROI
• Design and build the team structure and tools necessary for scaling the program effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program, implementation, or operations management
• Proven ability to take initiatives from concept to scalable service
• Experience with SQL and low-code platforms for building operational tools
• Fluency with AI tools and the ability to leverage them in workflows
• Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
