Senior Growth Optimization Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and evaluating pre/post, A/B test, and multi-arm bandit experiments
• Setting performance benchmarks for programs, campaigns, and initiatives
• Managing and mentoring a team of analysts while influencing senior leaders through data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• 7+ years of experience in applied science, marketing analytics, or a related field
• Strong background in quantitative analysis, statistics, and marketing attribution
• Experience with multi-arm bandit, contextual bandit, and/or reinforcement learning
• Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
