Job Summary

Senior Growth Product Manager, responsible for leading product growth initiatives in a full-time, salaried position, focusing on strategic direction, investment decisions, and collaboration with product management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain product growth initiatives, balancing new AI-powered concepts with existing product growth
• Lead complex growth initiatives from concept through early commercialization and establish frameworks for experimentation and scaling
• Track and report on growth portfolio performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial traction

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with experience in product development or growth initiatives, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Deep understanding of AI/ML landscape and experience leading AI-powered product initiatives
• Proven ability to manage high-uncertainty initiatives and make sound investment decisions
• Technical literacy to evaluate AI integration approaches and engage in technical discussions
