Job Summary
Senior Growth Product Manager is a full-time position responsible for building and executing the upsell motion for a consumer subscription service, focusing on expansion revenue from existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive expansion revenue from the consumer subscriber base, measured in ARR
- Develop and manage the full upsell motion, including trigger identification and lifecycle sequences
- Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap of PLG experiments with a focus on continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product experience, with at least 3 years in a growth or monetization role
- Experience in consumer subscription businesses, not just B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of running successful upsell experiments and owning revenue metrics
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize actions effectively
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights and results
