Senior Growth Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the expansion of a global consumer footprint, the full-time Senior Growth Product Manager will optimize user acquisition, onboarding activation, and free-trial-to-paid conversion through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and experimentation roadmap for user acquisition and conversion
- Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to enhance onboarding flows and user engagement
- Manage the growth backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on estimated ROI and business impact
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in Growth Product Management
- Proven track record of driving significant business outcomes through experimentation
- Deep familiarity with growth stacks and analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Strong empathy for users, focusing on reducing friction and solving user problems
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting data insights to executive stakeholders
