Senior Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the expansion of a global consumer footprint, the full-time Senior Growth Product Manager will optimize user acquisition, onboarding activation, and free-trial-to-paid conversion in a hybrid work environment, directly impacting revenue through data-driven experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and experimentation roadmap for user acquisition and conversion
• Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to enhance user onboarding and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user journeys and address conversion bottlenecks

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in Growth Product Management
• Demonstrated history of driving significant business outcomes through experimentation
• Familiarity with growth stacks and analytics platforms for A/B test analysis
• Strong focus on business metrics and user behavior over merely shipping features
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present data insights to executive stakeholders
