Job Summary
Driving user acquisition and monetization strategies, the full-time Senior Growth Product Manager will optimize the growth funnel and run rapid experimentation to enhance customer conversion and retention while collaborating in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and experimentation roadmap for user acquisition and conversion
- Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve onboarding and engagement experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user journeys and address conversion bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in Growth Product Management
- Proven track record of driving significant business outcomes through user acquisition and conversion strategies

- Strong focus on business metrics and user behavior, with a customer-centric approach to growth
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting data insights to executive stakeholders
