Senior Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the expansion of a global consumer footprint, the full-time Senior Growth Product Manager will optimize user acquisition and monetization funnels while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and experimentation roadmap for user acquisition, activation, and free-trial conversion
• Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to enhance onboarding flows and user engagement
• Manage the growth backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on estimated ROI and business impact

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in Growth Product Management
• Proven track record of driving significant business outcomes related to user acquisition and conversion
• Deep familiarity with growth stacks and analytics platforms for A/B test analysis
• Exceptional communication skills to present data insights to executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of user behavior and a customer-centric approach to growth opportunities
