Senior Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

Experienced growth leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Growth Product Manager, responsible for setting the vision and strategy for growth initiatives, driving engagement and monetization, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and set strategy across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
• Own the growth roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders
• Design and run growth motions to enhance user engagement and improve trial-to-paid conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a growth role within a tech or SaaS company, focusing on activation, engagement, and retention
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy development
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Experience in designing and executing experiments, including A/B testing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
