Senior Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Own revenue and digital sales conversion goals from the product-led funnel
• Set and achieve product usage goals to increase the number of participants saving for retirement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies and experiments

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in SaaS or FinTech
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Segment, Amplitude, Snowflake, and Tableau
• Understanding of digital customer acquisition channels and lifecycle marketing tools
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving projects from ideation to launch
• Strong understanding of user behavior and psychology
