Job Summary

Driving user growth through data-driven insights, the full-time remote Senior Growth Scientist will manage analytics frameworks, optimize marketing funnels, and leverage AI tools to enhance consumer strategies within the Consumer Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own OKR reporting and measurement frameworks to ensure alignment with Consumer Marketing goals
• Analyze user journeys and channel performance to identify opportunities and friction points in the marketing funnel
• Design and interpret A/B and multivariate experiments, translating findings into actionable recommendations for various teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence roles, preferably in B2C or marketplace environments
• Deep expertise in marketing measurement, user funnel analytics, and advanced data analysis, with strong SQL and Excel skills
• Proven experience with integrating AI/ML tools into data analysis and marketing automation workflows
• Experience in experiment design, A/B testing, and rapid test iteration
• Strong business intuition and ability to synthesize metrics into clear recommendations
