Senior Growth Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Driving organic growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Growth Strategy Manager will develop and execute SEO and AI search optimization strategies, manage content production systems, and enhance brand authority in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Crescendo's end-to-end SEO strategy, including keyword strategy and competitive positioning
• Build and execute AI search optimization strategies across various platforms, partnering with content marketing for AI retrieval
• Drive backlink acquisition and develop authority-building strategies through community engagement and third-party validation

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, or demand generation for B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of building organic growth programs
• Deep understanding of technical SEO and content strategy
• Strong analytical skills with experience linking performance data to pipeline outcomes
• Experience managing content workflows and cross-functional programs
