Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to enhance the performance and efficiency of its Go-to-Market teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the onboarding program for new hires and internal transfers within the Revenue organization
  • Deliver high-quality execution of existing onboarding programs while innovating new components to enhance the experience
  • Support additional enablement initiatives, including Sales Kickoff Events and Sales Methodology training
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record in GTM enablement and leadership development
  • Experience in coaching and developing scalable programs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable increases in productivity
  • Strong passion for shaping the development of Revenue teams
