Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Enablement Program Specialist/Manager - Content Management (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop, organize, maintain, and deliver Enablement content
Oversee and update libraries of internal and external content within the LMS and CMS
Deliver live/virtual trainings to the GTM team and partners, and implement modern methods of training

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in Sales or GTM Enablement
Experience with LMS and CMS platforms
Knowledge of content development tactics and microtraining philosophies
Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with sales philosophy and content creation/editing tools
