Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to join their GTM Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing skill development programs for GTM teams
• Manage and optimize revenue intelligence tools to track initiative adoption and identify winning behaviors
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess enablement needs and translate them into actionable plans

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Enablement
• Proven ability to build enablement programs from design to live facilitation
• Proficiency with CRM, Enablement Platforms, and LMS
• Experience using revenue intelligence tools for actionable coaching strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and enablement experiences
