Senior GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new logos and measure success through leading indicators like AIQLs and Salesforce Opportunities
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales pipeline through scaling or automating GTM processes
• Own the architecture of the signal-based GTM engine, including designing and managing workflows and AI agents

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical GTM or growth role
• Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Hubspot)
• Experience building and operating automations that connect systems (APIs, integrations, data pipelines)
• Basic understanding of databases and GTM funnels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
