Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior GTM Engineer in Marketing Operations, this remote position will design and maintain automation workflows, build predictive scoring models, and manage data integration to enhance Webflow's go-to-market strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain multi-system automation workflows for data enrichment and lifecycle stage progression
- Build and maintain predictive scoring models to identify target accounts and individuals
- Own data modeling and integration efforts to ensure accurate routing of account and contact data across various systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, marketing operations, or revenue operations in a SaaS environment
- Deep experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, including complex object schemas
- Proven ability to build automations using tools like Clay, n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Experience with API and MCP integrations to connect systems and trigger workflows
- Familiarity with managing costs associated with automated workflows and data enrichment
