Senior GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and optimizing the CRM infrastructure, the full-time Senior GTM Engineer will ensure efficient operations for sales, marketing, and customer success teams by managing data integrity, automation workflows, and reporting within HubSpot, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom reports to assess campaign performance and activities
• Program custom integrations with HubSpot using its API to connect with external tools and platforms
• Design and optimize workflows in HubSpot to automate sales and marketing processes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of prior experience in HubSpot CRM management
• Technical knowledge of HubSpot's API and experience with custom integrations
• Experience setting up and using webhooks for external actions based on HubSpot events
• Familiarity with HubSpot's Workflow and CRM tools
• Ability to create and execute efficient processes within the HubSpot tool
