Senior GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced full-stack engineers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior GTM Engineer, responsible for building internal systems and AI-powered tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build internal GTM products to improve operations for Sales, RevOps, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and leadership
• Develop full-stack applications, data pipelines, and AI-driven workflows to support pipeline generation and customer engagement
• Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to transform prototypes into production-ready systems while measuring impact on productivity and data quality

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, APIs, and backend services
• Experience in building internal tools, workflow automation, or AI-powered applications
• Familiarity with GTM workflows and concepts such as pipeline generation and customer lifecycle
• Demonstrated understanding of AI applications in operational contexts
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
