Senior GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Owning a net-new pipeline number, the full-time Senior GTM Engineer will build and manage AI-assisted demand generation systems and programs remotely, focusing on both inbound and outbound strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee inbound demand programs and experiments to feed the sales funnel
- Develop and maintain an AI-assisted outbound engine for personalized sales prospecting
- Measure and report on pipeline attribution and performance metrics regularly
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue operations with a focus on pipeline management
- Proven track record of building GTM systems or automations that drive pipeline or efficiency
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms at the workflow and integration level
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools in a go-to-market context
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on metrics and outcomes independently
