Senior GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the GTM stack in a full-time capacity, the Senior GTM Engineer will build and automate systems for customer acquisition and growth, working remotely to enhance sales and marketing workflows through coding and AI integration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the GTM systems stack, including Salesforce and outbound tools, ensuring seamless integrations
- Develop AI workflows for prospecting, lead scoring, and account research, deploying them in production environments
- Maintain clean funnel data by implementing routing rules and field governance while documenting processes for sustainability
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in GTM/sales engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong focus on building systems
- Proficient in SQL and Python, with experience in production automation and clean code practices
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including object management, flows, and API integrations
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their application in automating workflows
- A builder's mindset with the ability to scope projects for business impact and measure results effectively
