Senior GTM Finance Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as a dedicated finance partner to the Go-to-Market organization, the full-time Senior GTM Finance Analyst will manage the company's software revenue stack, produce recurring revenue forecasts, and engage with revenue leaders on strategic decisions in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the ARR bridge and produce weekly bookings forecasts by segment and channel
- Build and maintain cohort analyses to identify retention trends and drivers of customer churn
- Partner with the CRO and RevOps on sales capacity modeling and GTM compensation analysis
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS FP&A, revenue finance, or GTM analytics with strong financial modeling skills
- Working knowledge of renewal economics and customer success financial dynamics
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Proficiency in BI tools and financial planning tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan
