Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Leadership Development Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable leadership development experiences for GTM leaders globally
• Apply certified coaching methodologies to support leader development through various learning formats
• Manage the lifecycle of leadership development initiatives, including needs assessment and content development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, enablement, or leadership development
• Proven experience as a sales leader with a strong understanding of GTM functions
• Certified coach (ICF or equivalent) with demonstrated coaching experience
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across in-person and virtual formats
• Exceptional program design and project management capabilities
