Senior GTM Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To modernize the revenue engine, the full-time remote Senior GTM Operations Engineer will partner with stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges, design AI-native workflows, and implement intelligent automations that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GTM operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to redesign core GTM processes and workflows
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and tools to automate tasks and improve GTM execution
• Establish data standards and governance to enhance execution quality and operational reliability across functions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a related role in B2B SaaS or AI companies
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI-enabled workflows in GTM operations
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce CRM and GTM domains such as forecasting and pipeline management
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders with executive presence
