Senior GTM Operations Manager

Job Summary

Combining hands-on operational ownership with strategic problem solving, the full-time Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager will own day-to-day Channel Operations, partner closely with leadership across various departments, and lead high-impact initiatives to enhance Vanta's Partner business in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own core day-to-day Channel Operations while developing a deep understanding of the GTM motion and partner ecosystem
• Collaborate with Channel leadership and other departments to evolve the long-term Channel operating model and operational strategy
• Lead strategic initiatives across the partner ecosystem, including partner programs, deal registration, and pricing strategy

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Channel Operations, or related functions within a B2B SaaS organization
• Proven ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking, designing scalable solutions
• Experience in designing and evolving Channel Operations programs, including deal registration and partner lifecycle management
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into operational strategies
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across various teams
