Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Go-to-Market Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance sales processes, including CRM management and performance metrics
• Support the execution of the GTM strategy by optimizing processes and reporting across sales, partner, and customer success
• Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and maintain accurate sales forecasts

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B organization
• High proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong understanding of revenue and sales metrics
• Familiarity with data integration and automation tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and collaborate across teams
