Senior GTM People Business Partner Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, People Business Partner - GTM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build programs that scale the organization, create high performing teams, and develop best in class leaders
• Drive the growth of the GTM organization and integration of talent and teams through rapid hiring and team building
• Coach leaders through organizational challenges, develop workforce plans, and drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent and 10+ years of progressive experience in people strategies in a technology organization
• Experience with rapidly growing organizations at scale ($100M - $1B+)
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships and coach leaders
• Experience working with leaders across multiple countries and knowledge of global people strategies
• Strong Program Management skills and ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
