Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to understand hiring priorities and execute recruitment strategies
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Enterprise SaaS Sales and GTM roles
• Proven ability to hire across Sales, Customer Success, Channel Sales, and Sales Engineering functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Deep understanding of U.S. and Tech Sales talent markets and hiring trends
• Available to start quickly for a 6-month contract term
