A company is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to build and scale their go-to-market and G&A hiring engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles
• Recommend and co-design best-in-class recruiting processes and tools
• Partner with leadership on headcount planning and talent strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments
• Experience recruiting across multiple GTM and G&A functions
• Proven success in scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure
• Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles
• Proficiency with multiple ATS and sourcing tools
