Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for GTM positions, including sourcing and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Design and refine internal recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Go-To-Market roles
• Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company
• Deep understanding of GTM functions and candidate assessment
• Experience with GTM tooling and tech stacks
• Strong negotiation skills specific to GTM compensation structures
