Job Summary
Senior GTM Recruiter is a mid-to-senior level contract role that involves managing the full recruitment cycle for GTM positions in a growth-stage SaaS company, offering 100% remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and understand role requirements
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage the interview process, gather feedback, and support the offer process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- Experience recruiting for Enterprise AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services roles
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
