Job Summary

Senior GTM Recruiter is a mid-to-senior level contract role that involves managing the full recruitment cycle for GTM positions in a growth-stage SaaS company, offering 100% remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and understand role requirements
  • Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Manage the interview process, gather feedback, and support the offer process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
  • Experience recruiting for Enterprise AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services roles
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
