Job Summary

Leading end-to-end recruiting for complex and business-critical roles, the full-time Senior GTM Recruiter will manage sourcing strategies, candidate assessments, and hiring outcomes while working remotely from the East Coast.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior roles across various functions, including Business Development and Sales
  • Develop and refine recruiting strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines and meet hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to influence hiring decisions and improve candidate experiences
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms, preferably Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Solid business acumen and fluency in recruiting data and AI tools for sourcing and pipeline management
